Here we are at Sunday again, this week flew by with the finale being our air conditioning deciding to fail last night. Luckily it’s not too hot, but still warm enough in the afternoon to need it which is crazy in October. Not looking forward to a possibly pricey repair, oh well. We did get to Trader Joe’s for some new finds. Ron was a fan of the Vegan Spinach & Cashew Ravioli.
But the Vegan Salmonesque Spread with Capers & Dill was insanely good with crackers and did not last long!
So was this simple creamy turmeric tempeh sauté making good lunch leftovers.
There was also creamy kale salad and a kicky curry soy curl and potato stir fry.
Of course there has been a bit of eating out this week including this tofu veggie bowl from Garden of Eat’n. Not sure why it took me so long to try this place out, but this was a tasty and filling bowl.
There was also a simple pasta dish with marinara and another large kale salad.
Delicious Korean Noodles with Tofu from Pho Vegan Asian Cuisine.
Kicky vegan tofu Thai with brown rice.
And the amazing Buffalo Cauliflower from Revolution Wines and this wonderful Breakfast Burrito from the Sacramento Vegan Chef Challenge brunch menu.
So I am bummed for the weekend to be over, but hopefully a good week ahead and a working air conditioning by the end of it. And hopefully a positive week for you starting with the list.

I need to get myself back out to Trader Joe’s! They’re really stepping up their game for plant-based options and I love to see it.
Thank you so much for linking to my pizza bread too!
