What a week and I am here glad to be over it and have our cute little buddy who has been my sweet work-from-home friend and enjoying his ramp to get up to our bed when he wants.
Miko is hanging in there and has another vet checkup this week. He has been good about taking his medication with food, no need to use the mouth syringe which I am thankful for. I have been bad about remembering eats this week since it’s been a bit of a blur, there was a great ramen noodle stir fry using a kit I found from Grocery Outlet, more salad with dressing using cheap hummus from Grocery Outlet, and tofu curry sauté.
There was more Friday night vegan Thai that was a beautiful work of art.
I also found a vegan caviar alternative from Denmark at Grocery Outlet that I had to try and it was actually not bad as basically a savory blend of seaweed pearls.
We also got back to Amy’s Drive Thru for lunch before a chaotic trip to the mall with my sisters for sweet potato fries and vegan black bean enchiladas.
It was delicious, we need to get back again soon, and a nice weekend of getting out before another interesting week of work as I wrap things up with my current job. I hope you have a great week ahead and find inspiration in the list.

Hi Christine! You are more adventurous than I am with the vegan caviar! I’m not sure I could go there. Twix had to go to the vet today too for a bad rash on her belly. But they only charged my husband 36 bucks for the visit! That’s so cheap now. Have a lovely day!

It was easy since it was not the real thing, haha! That is awesome on the vet visit, you do not what to know how much I have paid over the last 2 years! :-0

Vegan Caviar. Interesting. And I wish Amy’s Drive Thru’s were over on this side of the US! I’m jealous :)
