My lunch salad with spinach, broccoli, carrot ribbons, sprouts, green onions, cilantro and tomatoes with a honey miso dijon dressing I threw together. It’s actually in a fancy William Sonoma pasta bowl/plate which is my favorite for salads and soups :-). Took the dog for a long walk around the neighborhood after and snapped a few fall pics.
After some shopping and house work, dinnertime!
Gena’s Red Pepper Hemp soup which came out much better this time using whole organic hemp seeds I got in the bulk foods section at Whole Foods with baked acorn squash – not raw, I know, but I was craving warm squash on this chilly evening.
